This dataset contains the raw data supporting all main and supplementary figures used in the manuscript "BPTF is essential for vaccine-induced germinal center B cell responses," published in Journal of Immunology. The data includes measurements of cellular immune responses in wild-type and transgenic mice following immunization with the mRNA-lipid nanoparticle-based SARS-CoV-2 spike vaccine. It also includes data analyzing the transcriptomic profile of mouse and human B cells responding to vaccination with mRNA-lipid nanoparticle-based SARS-CoV-2 spike vaccine.
