This dataset includes raw hyperspectral data in ENVI format, supporting all figures in the manuscript "Wavelet-based compression method for scale-preserving in VNIR and SWIR hyperspectral data." It contains two raw hyperspectral data files (.raw) and two header files (.hdr), which contains metadata.

Steps to reproduce
We used a publicly available hyperspectral imaging dataset from a published glioblastoma study (https://doi.org/10.1371/journal.pone.0193721). The dimension of the file is 400 (width) × 582 (height) × 836 (bands) from 400 to 1000 nm spectral range. Please refer to the "Materials and Methods/Experimental" section of the open access publication for more information.
